  • Exhibitor Move-In: Monday, October 19 | 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Exhibitor Move-Out: Wednesday, October 21 | 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm (Breaking down before 5:30pm is strictly prohibited)
  • Location: Orlando World Center Marriott, Cyrpress Ballroom, 8701 World Center Drive, Orlando, FL 32821
  • Exhibitor Badge Pickup: Outside of Grand Ballroom | Monday, October 19 | 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; Tuesday, October 20 | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Exhibit Hall Hours: Tuesday, October 20 | 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Wednesday, October 21 | 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • Booth Specs: Each 10’ x 10’ booth area will be provided with pipe and drape, including a 8ft backwall and 3ft sidewalls as well as a booth identification sign.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Your booth package also includes one (1) 6’ skirted table, two (2) chairs, and one (2) wastebasket, but the table and chairs must be reserved by Monday, October 12 in order to have them placed at your booth. Complete this form to alert show management whether you will or will not be reserving your included furniture.
    • If you do not complete the form, we will assume you do not want your booth furniture; you will not be able to request these items free-of-charge onsite. Any additional booth items will be at the Exhibitor's expense.

  • Make sure you have your Registration Codes for your Exhibitor Passes to register
  • These were sent via email from events@bizbash.com (Subject: BizBash Orlando 2020: Important Information)
  • If you did not receive your Registration Codes, please email us
     
Insurance
  • Exhibitors are required to have general liability insurance to cover risks incurred while exhibiting at BizBash Orlando 2020. Exhibitors are also required to provide a valid certificate of insurance to the organizer no later than 30 days prior to the expo. Please send proof of insurance to the BizBash Events Team at events@bizbash.com.
