Group Creative Director, Opus Agency

Mia Rovegno (she/her) is an award-winning creative specializing in immersive and site-specific work. With leadership expertise across the theater, film, TV, and experience industries, she thrives on creating singular, unforgettable events. Her creative work with Opus Agency is uniquely informed by two decades as an arts professor and multi-hyphenate artist working in diverse environments ranging from shipping containers and vacant motels to world-class museums and Broadway houses.  As a writer/director, her work has been produced by The Public Theater, BRIC and The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Her recent works received acclaim from The New York Times and Vogue Magazine, and were named in The New Yorker’s Favorite Cultural Moments and Inphantry’s Best Brand Experiences and Activations at Art Basel and Miami Art Week. She also enjoys teaching the next gen of innovators working at the intersection of art and technology at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts ITP program.
