Boozy Butter Beer

1 oz Vanilla vodka
1 oz Butterscotch simple syrup OR 1 oz Butterscotch schnapps
Heaping tablespoon of whipped cream
Cream soda
Cinnamon sugar sprinkle

  1. In a mixing tin, add 1 scoop of ice, vanilla vodka, butterscotch simple syrup & whipped cream
  2. Cover and shake very well
  3. Open and pour mixture into a clean glass
  4. Top with cream soda, more whipped cream, and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar

24 Carrots Magic

1.25 oz Citron vodka
.75 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
1 oz Fresh carrot juice
1 Egg white
Baby carrot garnish

  1. In a mixing tin, add ice, citron vodka & carrot juice
  2. Cover and shake well
  3. Open tin and add egg white & St. Germain liqueur
  4. Cover and shake rigorously until tin becomes very cold to touch
  5. In a clean glass, strain mixture; be sure to scoop out any remaining foam and add to the cocktail
  6. Garnish with baby carrot
