What is the cancellation policy?
#ThisShowIsOpen! We're in full planning mode creating an incredible experience for BizBash West on June 17, 2020. While we're closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, we're confidently moving forward with all plans to ensure a fun, safe, and memorable event.

Things you should know:  
* If the event is cancelled, we will work with you to create a program that meets your goals and helps you reach the BizBash audience.
* If the event is postponed, BizBash will contact you to discuss options to move forward.
* If your company decides to forgo participation due to internal decisions, we are unable to provide a refund but will work with you on other options that best fit your brand.

Where can I find an Exhibitor Kit?
The Exhibitor Kit will be sent out from events@bizbash.com once your contract is signed.

How many Exhibitor passes do I receive?
For each 10' x 10' booth, you will receive four (4) Exhibitor Passes which cover registration, Exhibit Floor activities, meals, and networking events. Offerings may vary for alternative booth sizes.

How old do I have to be to work the show?
All booth personnel must be at least 21 years of age, unless approved with exception from BizBash.

Where do I eat at the show?
Lunch will be available to all attendees and exhibitors on the Exhibit Floor. Everyone is also invited to enjoy bites and beverages at the after-party.

What is the dress code?
Dress is business casual.

Is there a special hotel rate?
We're working on securing a special rate for all BizBash Live attendees and exhibitors.

How do I register?
The BizBash Events team will send you a special registration code for your team.
