Kasha Mackelprang found her passion for hospitality and events while competing at DECA her junior year of High School. Kasha’s stepped into hospitality at the Hotel Front Desk, shortly thereafter she moved into the Catering Department – and never she never left. Kasha spent the first 14 years of her catering career in the Phoenix/Scottsdale market learning Social Catering, Conference Services and Director of Catering. The event mecca of Las Vegas lured Kasha away from Arizona in 2007 where she joined the Venetian Resort. Kasha spent 4 years learning the Las Vegas Marketing, and eventually becoming the Director of Catering at the Venetian and Palazzo. Kasha has been with Red Rock Resort since 2011 as Vice President of Catering & Conference Services.
