Selina Mullenax, CMP is an Account Executive for CORT Events and services Eastern Florida (from Miami to Jacksonville), as well as Colorado and Wyoming. As a self-proclaimed "networking ninja" Selina is very active in the local events industry, serving as the Vice President of Membership for the MPI Greater Orlando Chapter (where she was recently named as Member of the Year), Secretary and Social Media & Marketing Chair for the Orlando Chapter of NACE (where she was recently recognized on the President's List) and Mentorship Co-Chair for the Rosen College of Hospitality Management Alumni Association Board of Directors. She is also a proud member of ILEA Orlando and SKAL Orlando and serves on the UCF Rosen College Events Advisory Board and the NAF Central Florida Area Of Hospitality & Tourism Advisory Board. She is a Co-Host of the weekly #SwagAndRepeat Podcast where she covers the networking events that make up Orlando's meetings & events industry, talks about available jobs, covers the breaking news and chats with industry professionals about what's going on in Orlando. Additionally, Selina founded a sales mastermind group for the meetings and events industry called “The Glittering Hour.” This group of industry professionals meets once a month to discuss a topic they would like more assistance in and in true community over competition fashion, everyone is a speaker and helps one another. Selina has a passion for giving back to her community and industry and has personally mentored over 40 college students interested in meetings and events. As such, she was awarded the inaugural Alumna of the Year award from the Rosen College of Hospitality Management and also in the 2019 class of UCF's 30 Under 30.
