Description

Communicating face to face is tough enough, with so many people working remotely, it's even tougher. There's research to show that before our current world hit, remote workers felt isolated and left out of the loop. If companies an organizations haven't altered their strategies, that's going to be a big problem.

One of my key takeaways is "Communicating the strategy". These days the strategies are shifting daily, so how often should it be communicated? Do they send out something half-baked, or wait for it to be set in stone?

Finally, the bad by-product of poor communication is anxiety. We've gone through a period when people were anxious about a lot of very real dangers. Were manager's adding to that with poor communication? And for those who have done it right, how do we take the lessons learned and use them in the post COVID world?
