With over 20-years’ experience within medical education and communications, Mark maintains a broad knowledge of the medical device, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. He specializes in client relations and is dedicated to making a connection with his clients’ brands, while ensuring their expectations are managed honestly, through strategic development and project execution. He has developed and refined the skills needed to become an invaluable partner, to his clients, their customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs), across multiple disease state categories. As a team leader, Mark is engaged in cross functional collaboration and thought leader development, with his clients’ internal and external stakeholders relevant to program success. He has developed messaging and clinical strategies at the global level through experience with franchise teams and regional affiliates within the US, EMEA (Europe Middle East Asia) and LACAR (Latin America Caribbean). He is dedicated to working closely to drive execution through brand development and portfolio strategies during pre-launch, launch and mature phases of a product life cycle. Mark received his BA in Liberal Studies from Purchase College (Purchase, NY), has participated in the highly regarded Healthcare Marketing & Communications Council (HMC) Dartmouth management program, and regularly attends the ASCRS (American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery) and AAO (American Academy of Ophthalmology) congresses. Prior to starting A2E Communications Group in 2018, he was Vice President, US at AXON Communications Inc., an AVENIR GLOBAL company.
