With a background in the professional performing arts as a theatre stage
and company manager, she sought to expand her horizons, hone her
managerial skills, and develop creativity down to the smallest detail. As a
result, Tanesha's career evolved and took her in a different and unexpected
direction.
Passionate about creative problem-solving and the event industry,
Tanesha's had the opportunity to play an integral role in creating
large-scale immersive experiences at the Disney Event Group; driving hotel
revenue through ICE's holiday experience at Marriott's Gaylord National,
and successfully supporting DC, Maryland, and Virginia area productions
with their audio-visual needs at PSAV (Encore).
Tanesha's passion for bringing individuals together and noting that events
have the power, influence, and ability to change the world keeps her deeply
rooted in the industry and keenly aware of ever-changing trends. But most
importantly, leading, inspiring, and assisting others in reaching their fullest
potential to accomplish their goals and aspirations, is by far the most
fulfilling part of her career.
When Tanesha is not creating awe-inspiring event experiences, she can be
found lounging with her cat, Kiwi, curled up reading multiple books, crafting
DIY masterpieces, or partaking in exciting travel adventures.
