What is the cancellation policy?
#ThisShowIsOpen! We're in full planning mode creating an incredible experience for BizBash Summit on August 4, 2020. While we're closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, we're confidently moving forward with all plans to ensure a fun, safe, and memorable event.

Things you should know:  
* If the event is cancelled, we will work with you to create a program that meets your goals and helps you reach the BizBash audience.
* If the event is postponed, BizBash will contact you to discuss options to move forward.
* If your company decides to forgo participation due to internal decisions, we are unable to provide a refund but will work with you on other options that best fit your brand.

Where can I find an Exhibitor Kit?
The Exhibitor Kit will be sent out from events@bizbash.com once your contract is signed.

What is included with my booth?
Each table provided either a 4ft or 6ft table, two folding chairs, one wastebasket.

Where can I order electric and other offerings?
In the Exhibitor Kit, you will find all order forms for electric, additional rentals, Internet, and more. Our electric provider is TCMA and our Internet/WiFi provider is TCMA.

Will WiFi be available at the show?
WiFi will be available in the space for browsing the Internet and checking emails for free. If you are in need of a hard line internet for streaming purposes, please contact TCMA from your Exhibitor Kit and place an order for your booth.

Can I serve food at my booth?
Exhibitors are not permitted to bring in any food, beverage or alcoholic beverage for use anywhere in The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. Food can be ordered through on-site caterer to be served in Exhibitor’s booth.

Where do I eat at the show?
All Full Day Pass attendees and Sponsors will have access to the Networking Lunch at 12:30 pm. Everyone is also invited to enjoy bites and beverages at the after-party.

Parking:
You can access the parking garage via ramps at 14th Street (north and south ramps) and 13½ Street (off Pennsylvania Ave.)

Rates: 

  • $25 | 4 to 15 hours

  • $35 | 15 to 25 hours


When can I set up my booth? When can I tear down my booth?
Exhibitor move-in will be on August 3. Exhibitor breakdown will start at 6:00 pm on August 4 following the close of the show. You are prohibited to break down prior to 6:00 pm.

How many Exhibitor passes do I receive?
For a 4 ft table, you will receive 2 exhibitor passes. Offerings vary for alternative table sizes.

How old do I have to be to work the show?
All personnel must be at least 21 years of age, unless approved with exception from BizBash.

How do I bring items into the Ronald Reagan Building?
Please review the Exhibitor Kit for information on how to ship and bring items into the venue.

What is the dress code?
Dress is business casual.

How do I register?
The BizBash Events team will send you a special registration code for your team.

Is there a special hotel rate?
We're working on securing a special rate for all BizBash Live attendees and exhibitors.
