With over 30 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry, Marc's career has provided him with exceptional knowledge in the food, beverage and special events sectors.
Currently in the role of Director of Food and Beverage with the internationally renowned CN Tower, Marc leads a world class food, beverage and special events operation. He leads a team, at a strategic level with a keen focus on the dynamic operation that provides a unique dining experience and special events to 1.9 mil visitors each year.
The majority of Marc's career was spent in leadership roles with the esteemed Toronto flagship property of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts with a focus on luxury hospitality standards leading the food, beverage and catering operations. His roles afforded him the opportunity to travel globally, to establish a network of the best industry professionals and sharpened his concepts and ideas. This provided him the enviable opportunity to close an existing hotel, only to open a state-of-the-art five-star flagship property.
Marc also had the opportunity in an executive leadership role with Drake Properties, with two boutique hotels and a freestanding restaurant already within the portfolio, Marc was involved in the start-up of the Drake Properties off-premise catering and commissary projects, while also responsible for food and beverage operations and development.
Marc embarked on developing Playfuel Inc., a bespoke consulting firm focused on maximizing profitability and revenue potential for a diverse set of hospitality clients that included hotels, restaurants and special event venues in Ontario.
