Originally from England, Dominic took his first role in the Travel, Leisure and Tourism world at Holland America Cruise Line to manage their on-board sales and guest experience across a fleet of 15 ships.

This is where he discovered his love for creating memorable once in a lifetime experiences for his guests, that ultimately lead him into the world of live events. 

Dominic has over 20+ years experience in Sales and Operations within the Special Events and Hospitality world where he has held a variety of senior level leadership positions, including Vice President of Sales, Director of Sales & Marketing and Regional Operations and General Management.

With demonstrated success in managing operations across 84 locations in multiple states and teams of several hundred, Dominic feels blessed that this 20 year operational and sales journey led him to join the amazing Blueprint Studios team as General Manager.  His childhood dream was always to build and produce once in a lifetime event experiences, with a fun and passionate group of people, and now he gets to make that a daily reality.

In his spare time, Dominic enjoys family adventures with his wife Jessica and their three young boys. His favorite quote is:  “The only difference between the impossible and possible is choice!”
