A recognized leader in experiential marketing, Tracey Shechtman creates groundbreaking, award-winning experiences that redefine how brands connect with customers.  Through a thorough understanding of both audience and brand, she designs strategies for bringing brand stories to life in unique and memorable ways. And, as a tenured executive who has worked with and for multinational companies, she knows how to build and inspire exceptional teams to deliver on those strategies globally.

As Vice President, Head of Global Experiences for Condé Nast, Tracey currently oversees an impressive portfolio of iconic events, such as the Met Gala, Vanity Fair Oscar Party, Pitchfork Music Festival, and the New Yorker Festival, while also developing new experiential platforms for Condé Nast’s media properties, including Vogue, GQ, Vanity Fair, Wired, The New Yorker and Bon Appetit.Prior to joining Condé Nast, she was Vice President of Experiential Marketing at American Express, where she built and led teams responsible for global events, sponsorships, entertainment, and influencer activations for the commercial side of the business. 

During her tenure, she developed this channel and expanded from the US to include LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, while delivering greater consistency and scale across markets.Previously, she worked at an experiential agency creating programming for major entertainment and consumer brands, such as HBO, Bravo, Unilever, and Warner Bros.

Tracey has a B.A. from Dartmouth and is currently based in New York City.
