Lucas Mason

Vice President of Customer Experience, TentCraft

Lucas Mason is the vice president of customer experience at TentCraft, a veteran-owned manufacturer of custom tents, pop-up structures, and displays for events and experiences. Since joining TentCraft in 2013, Mason has built a marketing department, scaled demand generation, and led new product launches.

In his current role, Mason guides sales, marketing, client services, and design to ensure TentCraft remains an industry leader and a customer success-driven company.

Mason started his career working in various roles at a top 15 digital marketing agency. Prior to joining TentCraft, he managed the digital marketing strategy for Grand Traverse Resort & Spa.

Mason resides in Traverse City, Mich. He enjoys beach days and hiking along Lake Michigan's shoreline with his wife, daughter, and two dogs. He also enjoys playing golf and basketball with friends and colleagues.
