Elaiza Shepherd has a natural niche when it comes to building relationships and personable marketing.
As the founder and CEO of Elevate Strategies, Elaiza leads her team with a skillful background from a unique perspective. Elaiza has been a part of the meetings and events industry for eight years as a planner, director, and head of sales, marketing, and sponsorships. She has been a part of successful brand campaigns in numerous industries such as finance, insurance, real estate, fitness, fashion, sports academies, and more. From planning to production to vendor and venue sourcing, her goal-oriented view of living allows her to be innovative in every space.
Elaiza is currently the chair of Meeting Professionals International’s (MPI) EDI Governed Advisory Board, the chair of the MPI Regional Ambassador Committee, Director of Marcom for MPI - Minnesota Chapter Board, a member of the DEI Task Force - MPI Minnesota Chapter, and a member of the George Floyd Memorial Rise and Member National Advisory Committee. Her passion for EDI runs deep and ties into her love for education as she is also a member of the Dakota County Technical College Sales and Marketing Program Advisory Board where she oversees the curriculum that professors teach within the program.
