A self-described "event nerd" with more than two decades of experience leading some of the largest trade shows in the United States, Rozum plays a critical role in the planning and execution of industry-leading trade shows such as The Utility Expo, CONEXPO-CON/AGG and The International Fluid Power Exposition (IFPE), as well as Commodity Classic. In addition, he is currently serving as Vice Chairperson of Major American Trade Show Organizers (MATSO) and President Elect of the National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA).

As Show Director, he helped lead the rebranding and relaunch of The Utility Expo (formerly ICUEE) in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Ultimately, The Utility Expo 2021 opened as the first million-plus-net-square foot-show to return from the COVID-19 pandemic in September of that year.

Rozum joined AEM in 2013 as the organization's Attendee Acquisition Manager, before assuming Show Director responsibilities for a variety of AEM-owned trade shows and is currently Senior Director of Ag & Utility Events and Exhibitions. Prior to joining AEM, he worked in several sales and event management consulting roles, including more than a decade spent leading the trade show for the World Dairy Expo in Madison, Wisconsin.
